Discuss your time management problems with the time management experts

Many of our time management problems revolve around not having enough time to do the things that are important to us.

In my work, I deal with a large number of people, from athletes to business professionals, musicians to factory workers. One of the common themes throughout are that these people suffer from time-poverty which causes them stress.

However when I look at their use of time, many of these people do not suffer from a lack of time, but rather deeper, more fundamental problems, which may not be immediately obvious.

For example, some people may procrastinate too much or are in an environment in which they suffer constant interruptions from the boss or colleagues. Others take on too many tasks, are unable to effectively delegate or have trouble to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
