Hi, Kell here!

Welcome to the Work Smarter Not Harder Newsletter #75. (30s to read)

What time of day do you work best? Each of us has high output time, also known as your prime time.

This is a time in the day when you are most productive and ‘on the ball’.

It is critically important for you to know when you are at your best and then aim to make sure that you maximise this time.

Maximize this time by doing two things:

  1. Ensure that you are working on your most important projects at this time.
  2. Ensure that you protect this time from email, social media, or interruptions.
For some people this ‘prime time’ will be first thing in the morning. They will find that they are most productive then.

For others they may find that they start to feel a higher sense of concentration and focus in the afternoon.

As a time management activity identify your prime time and implement an effective time management schedule into your weekly planner tool.

Please let us know your comments, views or feedback so that we can improve our site for you.

All the best,

Dr Kell Tremayne and the team at Effective Time Management Strategies
