Hi, Kell here!

Welcome to the Work Smarter Not Harder Newsletter #74. (30s to read)

We are constantly being asked to do more with less. Research shows that if you were an average worker that you have somewhere between 300-600 hours of unfinished work to catch up on.

This means that having prioritization skills is incredibly important to ensure that you get the best return for your investment of time.

Rather than simply having a long to do list that you scramble to get through, create an A priority list, a B priority list, and a C priority list.

Download your master to do list.

With your A priority list identify how long each task will take and protect the time to do them in your weekly planner tool.

Please let us know your comments, views or feedback so that we can improve our site for you.

All the best,
