Hi, Kell here!
Welcome to the Work Smarter Not Harder Newsletter #72. (20s to read)
Delegation is the most talked about but underutilized tool in time management.
Far too many career minded people have a “do it all” approach. But the problem is that if you spread yourself too thin you’ll have trouble completing any of the tasks properly.
You are far better doing a great job in your most important projects (those 20 percent of activities that yield 80% of your results) and allowing someone capable to focus on the others.

- What resources are required to delegate
- Choose who you are going to delegate to
- Communicate this delegated task
- Monitor, track, and review the delegated task.
