I work best when I keep a tight schedule, and my professional life only helps this.
I have strict wake-up, departure, lunch, work-out and free times with anything else that I have planned in a strict schedule.
This helps me to prioritize and run a well oiled life if you will.
Less down time leads to more productivity in all facets in my life.
When I am on a schedule I operate better.
Sometimes it is hard to do everything you want to, but you must plan ahead of time and try to stick to that plan. Sometimes I think that it is a lot to bear, but I take a minute to step back and calm myself.
