TimeTo allows you to organize and prioritize your tasks.

While there was not an address book or some other features that allow you to organize more than just your day, I did like the stopwatch that recorded the time I spent on a task.

I found that that this was quite a good scheduling tool in itself as it allowed me to calculate my billable hours and also gave me a good idea of how long tasks generally take me.

This software can be synchronized with Outlook or downloaded to your USB so that it can run on any Windows application.
