I don't know why I procrastinate but I just can't seem to get any of my major works done at school. Please help

Hi Rezza,
There are many causes of procrastination. These may include:

  • a lack of clear goals

  • indecision and unpleasant tasks

  • fear of failure

  • anger and resentment

  • feeling overwhelmed

  • feeling fatigued or tired, and

  • addicted to the adrenaline of the last minute rush.

I have written about how to tackle each cause
of procrastination
.

However, procrastination is a tough habit to crack and often a structured procrastination program is an easier and more targeted way to go.

I hope that helps Rezza,
Regards,
Kell
