Check The Activities That Waste Time for you!

by Mitch

Try living two or three days writing all of the things you do. With their exact times, of course!

Then, look what takes most of your time: computer, TV, phone calls....

Of course look at the things you may not to do well (math test and homework are a must so even if you spent 4 hours doing them it's fine).

Then put this list in a place where you can always see it and at the next time you'd want to do something from it - think at least 2 minutes and decide if you really need to do it.

And whoa! In a week or two you will have extra 2~6 hours of free time!

Often by writing down the activities that you do and the time that you spend on them can be a great way to identify timewasters or areas that you want to spend more time.
