I have so much on - I am stressed out. I found that the best time management for teens tip that I have used is actually giving myself quite time.
I went and did a meditation course and they got me just breathing and letting my thoughts drift off like clouds - not judging them.
I found that when I did this I didn't worry about my school work or the fact that I have an assignment coming up. I have started to do this meditation to reduce my stress - and it works for me.
