ABOUT US

My Time Management was born of a need we saw when working in companies and government – it struck us whatever the environment we kept seeing the same symptoms over and over.

Our 20 years’ experience kept hammering home the message that people struggle to be in control in a world where “more with less” is the workplace mantra, where expectations are increasingly less discussed, where time pressure means increasing isolation and self- management and where the inevitable response to “How are things?’” is “Busy.”

We knew we were helping our clients in workplaces and wanted to bring relief to the many more who struggle silently behind their computer screens and office doors.

We really want to reassure those who are feeling overwhelmed that relief is available and our mission is to make that relief easily accessible. The really good news is that any effort you apply to learning to manage time is a gift to yourself that just keeps giving…to you, to your family, to your well-being, to your performance and sense of joy and satisfaction in every aspect of life from the workplace to the home-front to the sports field.
