Correlation between a-type personality and time management disposition of normal college students.

Objective: To examine the correlation between A-type personality and time management disposition of normal college Students.
Methods: Time Management Disposition Scale and the Scale of A-type Personality were administered to a sample of 526 college students.
Results: Analysis showed significant positive correlation between A-type personality and time management disposition in college students (P < 0.01); the students with A-type personality were significantly different from those with B-type personality(P < 0.01).
Conclusion: A-type personality college students have, better time management disposition than B-type personality college students.
