The best time management software

I am looking for time management software that enables me to get things done.

I work as a private banker and have many tasks that I do concurrently.

I seem to be spending more time doing those things that I should have done or that I had forgotten.

What I am looking for is a system that allows me to capture my projects and tasks and then allows me to schedule them into my work week.

I work with many Private Bankers in some of the biggest banks in the country in the area of efficiency and effectiveness.

There are two things that I notice time and again, especially in open plan offices. The first are distractions/interruptions which pull the focus away from top priorities. The second is proper scheduling of time, to ensure that they spend their time on their top priorities.

For both of these things, time management software is not a magic pill. If you haven't got focus and discipline, then time management software is wasted effort and money.

For me, I like Effexis Time Management Software

I like it because it allows me to manage many different projects and related tasks. I don't forget anything anymore because I have a system I trust in.

Also this system provides me with the tools to focus on my key projects without getting distracted. It does this by first getting me to plan my ideal week and work on these key projects.

Also, I like the way that this system syncs with Microsoft Outlook which is where plenty of my projects originate.

I haven’t heard of Effexis Time Management Software. If you haven?t already found what you are looking for I would recommend ADItime.
This company helped me tremendously with our companies Biometric Time clocks and management software. If you get a chance check them out! Hope this helps!
